Default Zango - Most Unprofessional Company - Ever

EDIT:

I'm removing this - just incase Zango some how finds out and wants to create some drama...

That's total b.s. Is this from the account exec there?

Call them on the phone and be persistant in asking to speak to the pres, vp, manager, etc. in charge - if they won't put you through, take / ask for names, numbers, extentions and best time to reach them. If the account exec did this, you have nothing to lose at this point so just go over their head.

Btw, how old are you? Do you have an LLC/co. name set up? Try to sound older, like a business with employees.

I told them to refund my card and I CC'd my attorney. Think that got their attention. They refunded my remaning balance which is about $71. I'm not going to pursue the remaining balance - I'm getting stressed out about it.

Anyways - that's what happened with me. I'm sure many people will have more positive experiences with Zango. Unfortunately, mine wasn't. Pretty sad seeing how I'm right near their headquarters (about 5 minutes drive), and you'd think they'd cater to me more seeing as I'm a local. Guess not...

Oh well! I still have all the other PPV networks!
