Default Why Are Some Targets Ignored?

Several times when adding keywords/URLs into TrafficVance, they were not added and I receive a message stating that the Keywords/URLs were ignored.

The keywords/URLs are not duplicates from the same or other campaigns of mine.

I believe it could be that someone complained to TrafficVance so these specific keywords/URLs were made unavailable -- or that TrafficVance is keeping these keywords/URLs to themselves. Or it could be both or something else. (I suppose that if TrafficVance is keeping these to themselves, then they might work well on other networks.)

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and what it might mean.

I could ask TrafficVance, but they'd likely give me a diplomatic answer.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for your response.

Here's some of the URLs (and my niche too, lol):

discountednewspapers.com/?Wall-Street-Journal
subscription-offers.com/?guide/?wsj-renewal
webster.edu/~kozlowski/misc/wsj_subscriptions.htm

I thought it might be a special characters issue (such as the ~ or the ? in the URLs), but each of these resolves to a web page.

I have had URLs ignored on other campaigns also, and they looked like regular targets.

Also these URLs are not duplicates within the same or other campaigns of mine.

If you could shed any light on this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Take care.
