I dunno, but I wonder if Coach can vouch for us so we can get into Traffic Vance and use his techniques as we are taught to do so. Coach?

I have exactly the same problem.. My application was declined because I am from Singapore. Would be good if Coach or anyone could help to recommend us in..

Here's one other suggestion. I had a few problems getting into some of the ad networks and affiliate networks when I was getting started. If you're not able to rapidly overcome this problem, just move on to other networks for the time being. Spend a month or two really learning what this is all about, and then try again. This time you will really be able to talk the talk, convince them that you know what you are doing, tell them specifics about how successful your campaigns are over at the other networks and that you want to bring them to TV as well, and get them to let you in. It's too hard to fake it verbally on the phone if you really are a newbie. Since actually getting up to speed on this, I've never had trouble getting approved anywhere.

coach doesn't use Traffic Vance so you'd have to use another member here to vouch for you, which also wouldn't be me.

I don't use them much right now, but still think they're a great network. I can get people in, but not if you live in India as that's their rules, not mine.
