Default New agreement confirmation before setting up a campaign.

Anybody getting banned from the network for breaking their laws? Their terms of service are now highly visible and you must confirm that you won't break their rules every time you setup a campaign/modify the campaign.

I noticed that, too.

I wonder if there's a way to disable the javascript that does the pop-ups by loading the offer page in an i-frame and over-riding those functions in the child frame...

It's not looking too good so far. It seems that browser security prevents you from changing things in the child frame from the parent frame when the child has an external URL. I was testing with Firefox, though. IE tends to be slacker on the security.

Don't understand the big deal here. Am I missing something?

Aren't we all knowingly bending the rules on pretty much all these networks when we use rotations, "self-target", or replace static landing pages with media filled ones after campaigns are approved?

That's exactly what we're doing.

My concern is that TV is going to start cracking down on people because of this... why else would they implement something like that ya know?

Here's how I imagine a conversation to go:

TV: "Sorry domainmachine but you read and agreed to the rules. We're banning you now".
Me: 'Oh, but I spend $200-$500 a day'.
TV: "Sorry. Your money is no good here anymore because you're creating a bad user experience by having an exit popup even though popups are creating an annoying user experience by nature."
Me: 'I'm sorry.'
TV: "Oh... why didn't you say so? You're not banned".
Me: 'Thanks Mister!'

I dunno.. Contextual traffic is just goofy. They should allow us to just remote desktop into the user's computer and buy our offers with their CC.

Brilliant! I will pay even more than $500 to join that network.

And $200-$500 a day? Damn I'm spending max about $20 a day to make a $100 or so a day. What's your ROI with that kind of adspend?

But my original point is that we are pretty much doing this for every network so there is always a risk. I'd say cross that bridge when you get there, if people can get new Google Accounts I'm sure there's a way to sign up for TV again.

My ROI really depends. I can have a $10,000% ROI that dwindles down into the negatives. I'm filtering out URLs manually since I can't get the tracker to work, so I'm outta luck in that department and have to do everything manually. I can't even view the subids for the tracker. Do'h!

I just did the numbers and my ROI is really dependent on the offer. I'm killing my low ROI campaigns for now(Spend $300 to make $330 as an example) since I'm running low on funds and can focus on better offers that generate 50-100% ROI or so. Really, the only reason why I spend so much is cuz i setup so many fricken campaigns. 9/10 of them belong in the septic tank, but I'll find good ones to make up for the lost cash.

Anyway, I spend a LOT of time on this network more so than any other network out there including PPC networks and I ended up spending a ton through pure luck by finding a few good targets. I spend maybe 20 hours a week on this network alone.

$20 a day to make $100? That's awesome ROI!
