Default Individual User Cap - Does it make a difference?

The user cap in TV defaults to 1 view per 24 hours.

I have some URLs where the bid is 40 cents plus (some are even profitable at this rate).

I'm trying a new tactic on some campaigns where I bid less and increase the number of per user views to 1 per 12 hours. I haven't seen a difference yet (other than a lot fewer clicks due to the reduced bid price).

Does anyone have any experiences or thoughts to share, where increasing the user cap could have made a difference?

Thanks.

I used to always change it to 1 in 12 but now just leave it at 24 with no noticeable difference, guessing you need millions of views for this to have any relevance or effect on a campaign?

I put it at 1 in 24. I had a campaign going on another network where I told them I wanted max traffic and they changed my viewing to 4 times per user in a 24 hour period. It totally killed the campaign until I caught it and reset it back to 1 in 24 and reamed out the affiliate manager for being a jackass.
