Default Long-tail URL Question

On Media Traffic, when I try using long-tail URLs, I get very little traffic.

Here's an explanation from my account manager:
--------------
The reason your campaigns have not received much traffic is because of
the long URL targets. Longer URL targets do not usually get triggered
because advertisers with shorter targets, ex geico.com will trigger before
targets such as geico.com/getaquote/auto.

We have a limit of the number of ads we display per user per day as well as
a time cap between one pop to the next.

So if your competitor's ad is triggered first because they have a shorter
target, then your campaign is losing on potential traffic.
------------

Which PPV networks are the most long-tail URL friendly? Or is there another way of using long-tail URLs on Media Traffic while getting a decent amount of traffic?

This is the first I've heard of this from them. I'm not quite sure I'm 100% sold on what they're saying though. Think of this from their perspective, do they want to show your stuff more or less? More of course, so they'll tell you to go broader to get more traffic. BUT the thing is we're not looking for MORE traffic, we're looking for converting traffic.

If you do run into this, odds are it's something that a lot of people are already bidding on.

Ok, thanks Coach. I'll give it another go with Media Traffic.

In terms of the PPV networks that are the most Month 2 friendly, could you give us the top 3?

Zango, Traffic Vance, (as long as you're not self targeting) and adon.

Sorry I think TV is ok with this, (they've never said anything to me anyhow.)

It is about self targeting, sorry for the stupid post, (I can't even remember waht I was trying to say there.)

media traffic doesn't need targeted advertising cause it's pay per view. They don't have to worry how to increase CTR, they worry how to make advertisers keep it as broad as possible. So I believe what the rep said is true because this will encourage advertisers to go broader and spend more money.
