Default Wii Shoulder

So my brother is getting divorced and since he pretty much works and comes home with nothing to do he bought a Wii.

He had a Wii party, I know sounds kinda stupid, but basically it was just a way to get people from the softball team together and drink.

He mainly has the sports games like Tennis, bowling, baseball, and some others but pretty much all sports games.

The next two days after playing Wii my shoulder was killing me. I thought that I was miserably out of shape but after talking to some other people their shoulder was sore as well.

I have to say Wii is one of the most fun gaming platforms out on the market but it wear you out.

Do you like the tennis? Also, does it sort of give you a workout?

My kids love it and they come away after playing with very sweaty little heads. I tried out the boxing the other week and I was so sore across the shoulders the next day. I used to do some kickboxing and so I had this illusion that I was still in shape...Tragic really .

Tennis is a lot of fun, sort of gives a workout, not like going to the gym but it is a lot more fun.

I've heard the sports stuff is pretty cool on that thing. If your shoulders are getting sore, try duct taping the thing to your leg instead.

That would make for a good soccer game controller.
