Default Whoops! Landing page too big?

I'm pretty new to CPV, and i just realized that the landing page i made is too big. I went to the resources section and tested my landing page with the preview popper (great tool)

Way to big! The call to action isn't visible. Now i have some questions:

1. Do any of the pop up windows in the various networks allow scrolling up and down?

2. When linking to the offer from the landing page should i make the link open in a new window?

I just clicked on my landing page call to action button through the pop up window (what was visible of it any way) and it went to the offer in the same window with no scroll bar and most of the offer page was not visible. Which leads me to believe that the links should open in a new window.

From what I've seen LeadImpact, TV and MT all have scroll bars.

I use the following javascript to resize the window when the user clicks in my lander. The offer opens in the same window and resizes to full screen.

First put this in the head of your document:
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
Then put this right before the closing body tag:
Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
$("a").click(function() {
window.resizeTo(screen.width,screen.height-30);
})
</script>

Thanks Rider, I'll use these when I re-do the landing page.

Sidenote- Some how managed to make a commission today even though the landing page was way oversized.... Sweet!

This is why you test! With CPV you never know what will convert. You might think you have the best landing page in the world and no one clicks on it, then you put up a crappy lander and it gets clicks like crazy.
