Default What is the best way to size our landing pages?

What sizes do the different CPV networks allow and how should we go about sizing our landers for this?

MT(mediaTraffic) opens at max 750X550 max (which seems to be mean across the board for various networks). start using those guidelines and you'll do fine.

Do the networks auto size the window for us or do we need to use something like <body onload="moveTo(0,0); resizeTo(700,500);"> to get the job done?

Yes, on Media Traffic if you have a specific graphic or landing page, you can actually set the size within their advanced settings as you found. On other networks (like Traffic Vance) the size is fixed at 750x550.
