Default Web site vs. the blog

Hey guys question here. Maybe this got answered already, but I couldn't find it under any other section. When signing up for a CPA network, it asks for some sort of a website. A couple programs recommend you have a "business site" that you can show the networks. I've seen other programs recommend that you create a blog. I have a basic understanding on the pros and cons of each, but I'd like to know what is more beneficial, and why? Thanks!

if you just want a quick start with PPV, tell them the truth and your attitude, if you are not from some special country, you will be approved soon by some networks.

Certainly, if you sign up with a website or niche blog, its better.

I think when apply the network, website > blog.

thanks.
