Default PPV with Soft PopUp

I am New to PPV. I just wanted to know few facts about PPV networks.

Which PPV networks allow soft popups?
There are two type of Popups.
1. Exit Popup which blocks the browser.
2. Soft Popup with Close(X) button generally used for registration or list building. We can directly close Browser ..

So do PPV network allow soft popup?

Second thing..

Suppose i want to target abc.com then my landing page could be abc.com or landing page with iframe of abc.com.. It is allowed?

Expecting a reply
Best Wishes to all.

The networks do not like exit popups at all, you can try and get them through, but it will most likely get denied.

For your second question, if you are asking if you can bid on the the same url as the offer, yes, some networks will allow this. But generally they do not.

you mean a div pop and not a modal pop, correct? pretty much everyone will allow you to use a div pop. you can do the "second" thing on tv.
