Default PPV + Clickbank

I'm getting started with PPV and Traffic Vance. I intend to create a landing page and capture emails to build a list, then send my ClickBank offers overtime.

Has anyone tried this with ClickBank? If so, are there any tips that you could suggest?

Thanks

Yeah, that strategy can work well. There's a lot to say about it so why don't you ask some questions or show us what you have so far as a starting point?

Thanks for the response David!

Well, I'm going to be targeting the fitness niche, particularly for men. I know that TrafficVance is predominantly women, but as long as I'm targeting my URLs properly, I think it may be okay. Can you give some insight on this? Would it be worth my time to target the men's fitness niche in TV?

My next question is regarding the actual landing page. What generally converts best for people? Perhaps a video of product I'll be selling? After my visitors opt in, they'll be taken to a thank you page where they will be asked to check their inbox for my freebie. I'm worried that the sales video and opt-in wouldn't create much congruence. So in this case, would a video even be necessary?

Thanks

It would be much easier I believe to test something with lower req budget at first. Cuz it will take lots of cash in order to get data from Clickbank product.

I definitely agree that you can always promote to them a clickbank product as long as you are building your list so why not start out with some freebie cpa offers related to your niche...
It should receive a better response with cold traffic then a sale offer and even better start to give them some value before you go for the sale.

In other words for it to be most effective you should sit down and try to create a good funnel that can start off with giving value once they opt in and then lead them to a sale down the road .. This way you can sell over and over for life and not just a hit and run...

This is the Value Exchange. They are "purchasing" your freebie with their email address. One step at a time, one step closer to the next value exchange with you that will come in your auto responder messages.

At that point, they are one step closer to your ultimate value exchange, the purchase.
