Default CPV (mediatraffic) and click bank

I am new to CPV..

I am trying to get click bank products to popup so people can purchase them(of course)..
My problem is that mediatraffic does not allow pages that have audio or that pop up at the end....most of the better offers on click do one or both...

what is the work around for this....

is doing a landing page the only solution....
then people click on your landing page and it takes them to the offer page..

or is there a more savvy way of doing it....

all answers will be appreciated....

create a landing page with an image of the video...make sure to overlay this video with a "play" button (u can do this in GIMP if don't have photoshop). psychologically, this will make the user click on it, hence taking them to the real product landing page.

That is exactly what i am doing.....
just wanted to know if there is a better way...

I have photoshop... I know how to somewhat use it...

it does not take that much time...but I'd rather not do it...
its just that having the buyer on a landing page is not as good as having the buyer on the actual product page... one less jump..

Give away something (ebook, newsletter or content access) and collect an email in the process, then send visitors to the clickbank page after collecting their email.

Short form or long page email harvesting pages will both work under the right conditions.

There is really no way to get the merchant page to direct link if it has autoplay audio/video. You could do cloaking, or show one thing to the networks and switch it out, but I do not recommend that.

I agree with "Particles" on this one. You need to give them something of value before you throw them onto a product page.

Also, it isn't a good idea to throw them straight to the product page without engaging them first, get them excited about what you are showing them. How it is going to solve their problem or how it is going to make their life better?

You want to warm them up before they hit that page so their shields are down. Think of the users buying cycle: They need, they look, they find, they research, then buy. Before they hit those Clickbank products you want to have a landing page that demonstrates their need for this product, or that it is proven and all they have to do is follow the link to get to it.

Hope this helps!
