Default how long before I see traffic?

I finally got a campaign up and approved on Media Traffic this afternoon. 12 hours ago. I've tested all my links and tracker and everything's working fine on that end. I put in 5 URL's and have the max. bid on the 3 that were outbidding my min. bid. But, I don't have any impressions showing with Media Traffic and no conversions showing on networks some 12 hours later. How long does it take before traffic starts showing up?

When I put this in for approval with the AM at Media Traffic, I had 5 offers on the rotation, but only showed the 1 offer without exit pop ups for him until approval and then went in and activated the 4 others in the rotation later. It seems to be working and rotating fine. THey'd have told me if they caught what I did and notified me, right? Why I am not getting any traffic, especially since I had to bid higher on 3 of my URL's? How long does it take for traffic to show up?

If your campaign is still active and you haven't been outbid, just give it a day or so. MT traffic can take a couple days to ramp up sometimes.

thanks for the reply...at over 24 hours into it today and still no traffic at all,
I tried calling the AM and got this email pasted below from them. Not sure what to think.

"I apologize for being hard to reach today but I have been in and out of meetings.

I took a look at your campaign and everything is indeed set up properly however the targets that are in the campaign seem to be too precise which might explain the reason why they are not triggering any views.

I suggest adding more general targets and you can start by adding the keywords and URLs in the attached spreadsheet as these are targets that have been yielding positive results on our network.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Warm regards,"

Well that was the other possibility. Didn't think you'd see competing bids on no-traffic KWs. Maybe they may get very, very little traffic, but convert well when they do.

Yeah, that's what I couldn't understand...on my first list I had 3 that I had to up the bid, yet no traffic. So I just uploaded 5 new targets from the AM's spreadsheet and only had 2 from it requiring a higher bid.
