I've just been looking for the other version of this case study that Lucas did but I can't seem to find it. Am I missing something?

So does that mean it wasn't an effective way to promote that particular offer or that lots of people jumped on it and did the same thing and so you couldn't test it properly?

Just out of interest, how would you have picked your targets for that offer? Would you have gone the obvious way and picked airline targets or were you thinking of some other strategy?

Thanks.

hey there,

i figured people may have been running it at the same time and so i wasn't confident i could get you guys the best results. maybe i was over paranoid, but nonetheless, i wont let it happen again. as for targeting for that particular campaign, i was planning on going "obvious" to start, but since then i've come up with some simple ways to teach you guys to scale a campaign like that. let me see if i can find another similar offer and maybe i'll re-do it.

I'm running the same offer and making good ROI as Lucas knows. Not much, but it's better than nothing. I can definitely expand this campaign, add opt-ins, test new urls, etc.

Hey Denmaster

I was reading this case study and was wondering why it has not been updated about your results... did you lose interest?

I would like to know how it turned out.

Thanks for the info. I'm just dealing with DirectCPV for now. Also I noticed that the targets were .com or just the airline name without the periods. Is Media traffic different? This seems like a combination of a URL and KW campaign., wereas Direct cpa allows either a URL or KW campaign...
