Default Couple of questions

Ok so I have a few questions about email lists, specifically with freebies.

1. I feel like once a user tries and email submit and sees you have to complete 10 different offers to get your free gift card, they are going to be turned off and not sign up for another one. Are there some legitimate "freebie" offers that you can still earn commission on? Coupon codes, might work, but what else?

2. Also, I have never really written "letter copies" like this so maybe we could see some sample stuff?

3. How do you add value to your list and not just spam offers? Specific examples?

4. Kinda random factoid, aweber headquarters is like 2 minutes from my house and i never knew it!

5. Just saw Dark Knight and wow. Go see it if you haven't.

That is all. Let's see some activity on here ppl! =)

yeah I would be super reluctant to send a bulk email with a zip or email submit offer. I filled on in once about 6 months ago (I used an aold email address) and it still gets 200 scam emails a day.

I would think you would piss off your list if you pumped them with email offers. So I'm developing my own products. I've bought PLR rights to about 200 products (for under $500) nad I'll be giving away ebooks, courses etc to build my list.

I'm designing my own email submit forms and once the names are collected I'll send heaps of information with a "sales letter" type email at most once every 6 months.

I'm also building in a "get another Free bonus" offer if they use my new "tell a friend script" to send a bulk email to their contact list. Hopefully this send my list viral.

I have targetted about 10 niches I'll attack to give free stuff away on and the good news is that nearly all the urls and keywords are 0.01 on ppv.

So I'll spend a budget of $5,000 on this and see how many I can get on my list.

This is going to be fun.

Good questions Didadel, I've been thinking

Most of the free trial offers are scammy and borderline fraud. For example, free trial offers like Green Tea, Wu Yi tea, the merchants are using 'force continuity' method to sell these products.

http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchre...ch%21&q5=wu+yi

I would definitely be pissed if I get charged $90 for a few packets of green teas without even knowing about it. It's like 'haha gotcha' for not reading the fine prints sucker!

I know we are here to make money and all, I'm no saint, but no Scott Richter either, I just feel uneasy about this and I'm sure there's a better way to monetize the list.. like you said, people are going to be turned off if they get scammed once. How are we going to get them make another purchase for another offer later down the road?

I'm going to see The Dark Knight! Yay!

Wah. Harry.. can you adopt me, please?

Ya, I think we are on the same page. I have tons of plr materials sitting on my harddisk collecting virtual dust and I plan to giving them out to build lists as well.. heck I even have Mike Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing script that I haven't got the chance to try out.. that shit cost me hundreds of dollars..

There's also another one that was being promoted heavily by the gurus recently which look pretty cool - optinaccelerator.com or something.

yep, I bought it for $147

its a cool script and hosted on your own server, so some set up is required.

All those PLR products will come in handy I have about 200 of the fuckers. Give them away, build some huge lists and sell the odd clickbank product and some of the great merchants on commission junction.

PLR is private label rights. you pay a fee to the owner of the products and you can sell them

check them out in the offers sections at digital point, abestweb, wickedfire and warrior forums. that is generally the best place to buy them.

or go to;

http://www.privatelabelpublishing.com/

http://www.privaterights.com/

for the tell a friend script I bought this one;

http://www.viralinviter.com/

its very good
