Default Sup from PPC-Coach

Hey guys....

been doing cpv for about a month and a half now. Had some pretty good success right out of the gate, made 100% on my investment.

Now the hard part comes, trying to figure out the next step. I have some money in directcpv and linksador (really hate them) and Im waiting to see where to go next.

Some questions i had are:

is anyone converting offers that require credit cards with cpv?

is everyone direct linking? if not, which offers are you using a landing page and can someone show an example?

which network should i join next, zango or mediatraffic?

Welcome aboard

Yes I am converting offers that require credit cards.

No, not everyone direct links.

Not sure - I run mainly on TV.

Zango and MediaTraffic are both good to join. My choice would be Zango first, but it depends on who you ask.

I'm 50/50 between direct linking and my own landing page. Some offers convert better with direct linking, some convert better with a landing page.

Seems the only way to find out is to test a lot and look around the internet a lot to see how others are promoting offers.

The best examples of landing pages that you can find are those that are successful in PPC. Tools like keywordspy, google cash detective or ppcbully can help to find those landing pages that are consistently being advertised, but you can also do that on your own by looking around the internet a lot.

With your landing page design, you want to keep the dimensions around 700 wide to accommodate the size of the pop up and not force your visitor to have to scroll sideways on the page.

For me, the main thing I learned is to keep the landing page message very simple -- as your main call to action is to get the visitor to click so they reach the merchant offer page.

Offers that require a credit card will work with CPV.

Yes, I get CPS conversions.

I do both -- direct link and use landing pages.

Join MediaTraffic over Zango/LeadImpact next. You'll want to take your time with Zango, IMO.

See it's weird because Adon has always been my best performer...

well let me tell you taht linksador has been nothing but garbage for me. took two working campaigns from directcpv and just copied to linksador and spent about $100 on dirt cheap traffic and got 0 conversions. i wouldnt recommend it, plus the interface is terrible.

i will probably check out MT.

how do you guys build a landing page making sure its within the popup size? like if i were using simple html within notepad how do i make the dimensions? or is there a free program that works better than doing the html myself.

I use Dreamweaver and I just drop in a table and give it a width of 700. I don't know if this is the best way to do it, but it's worked for me.

Sometimes I use XSitePro or WordPress if I want to build out an actual site, which I'll do if I want to use ppc too.

I believe free html programs should be able to drop in a table, just depends on the program and if it lets you specify a table width (or you could specify the width in the source html if you know how to do it).
