Default Hi There...

Hi, glad to be here!

Lots of familiar usernames from PPC-Coach so far which already makes this feel like home.

I've been doing PPV for about 7 months with mixed success. I tried it last year and had some success but lost a fair amount too because I didn't have a way to split test and still track down to the keyword. So apart from one offer which has been running consistently with varying profitability, I pretty much put it aside and focussed on PPC.

Now that I can split test and track, its all systems go. While I'm still at the burning through shitloads of money stage, I can see a few gems emerging which is exciting. More testing to do yet...

Looking forward to our collective and profitable PPV journey!

Jill

TIP: If you want to burn through lots of money super fast then bid on very popular generic keywords like 'debt management' - its amazing! I'm sure someone's making money off it but its not me.

LOL yep generic terms will burn the money for sure. I've tried that one before and it was just too fast and furious for my tastes...

strange... I bid on generic terms like that and seem to barely get a trickle of traffic.

I have a debt offer running and with several hundred keywords and urls, Im not spending $4 day on traffic.

On MT, so far with about 20+ different traffic streams, none have have hit the daily cap $10.

I have tried things link auto insurance on adonnetwork before and got zero traffic. I called them and they said they just don't have much available in that niche. I thought it was really weird but that's what the guy told me... he suggested I use their desktop traffic instead, but still not much.

I think it's really niche dependent.

Odd because of two reasons:

1. AdOn - has a younger demographic - generally about 14-24 (more in the 14-18 range though) who better to look for auto insurance?

2. I was quite profitable with an auto insurance offer on AdOn that only paid me a couple dollars. The problem was - it didn't convert on the back end for the networks. So, I had to scrap it at AdOn.
