Default Hey everybody

Hey guys,

Just joined today looking to learn more about PPV, make some $, quit my job ... "the usual".

I had some experience with Media Traffic (mostly spending, not much earning) and recently got approved at AdOn but with few conversions I feel like I don't know enough to get this PPV thing to work... which brings me here.

cheers,
Andrei

I just started this week as well, please keep me posted on how you're doing. Perhaps we could share pointers. Approved for AdOn? I got automatic approval by the system, perhaps you're out of the U.S.?

Watch all the videos and then go and try and use all the tools, figure them out and launch a campaign using the tools, that's what I'm doing. Looks like you have some experience but I have none, but wanted guidance before plunging in to PPV. Going to do a campaign today and see what happens.

Hey jockobabyface,

Yes, I'm an expert ... at spending money on MT views. Conversions are still sporadic and my ROI is way in the red right now so I'm missing the "special sauce".

For AdOn, I'm not sure about automatic approval ... may be if you deposit more that $x you get approved right away I got a call from one of the reps almost a week after applying but she was very nice, asked me a few basic questions to check my id and that's all I needed to get going. Haven't really tested any campaigns on AdOn yet.

sharing pointers sounds good.

It actually seems quite simple, from what I'm gathering reading all the posts here. It's just all about testing and more testing. If a URL/keyword isn't performing for you, get rid of it. It an offer isn't performing for you and a similar offer is, get rid of the non-performing one. Looking at coach's simple instructions in month 1 seems to back this up. Basically, I think it can be pretty boring to track stats all the time but that's seems to be what it takes to be successful. That, and persistence and patience.
