Anybody out there?
So, is this month dead or people just not doing this technique...coach? If this is still a viable method I am ready to try.:D

I think the horoscopes thing did really take off for anyone, or the successful ones aren't saying.

Here's how to make money doing this.

Build a list, send them horoscope offers daily. Yes daily.

If you can't make money doing that, then I just gave away another successful campaign for no reason.

I'm intrigued by that last suggestion just so when I email them back, I can make up their horoscope. "You will get hit by a bus on your way home from work"

May be counter productive to them needing to buy a horoscope but at least I will have fun.

Glad you find this useful. I, however, don't gravitate to email marketing.

CPV and building a nice list is very powerful.

Plus what section to people read of the newspaper daily? (Well some people not all)

The horoscopes!!

So save them having to buy one and send them offers for them daily instead.

I suppose you can email them a link to your horoscope site with the daily content and ads around it.

jpohl 02-05-2010 06:26 PM

on a serious note, you are suggesting sending an email with a horoscope and dumping an ad in with the horoscope. Boy, I wish I had that list going right now, I could get some valentines offers in front of some peoples faces

On another note, I have 20bucks sitting in clicksor right now, everything I read about them says they suck. Is about the only thing to do is try to get some email submits out of them. Right now I don't even want to attempt anything else as I've heard its a hole and I still don't have any idea how they they get their traffic.

ppceve 02-05-2010 06:42 PM

I wouldn't start out with Clicksor. If you're new to CPV, start out with Media Traffic. It has the lowest barrier to entry. From there, copy your successful campaigns to other sources. With that said, I have not tried DirectCPV.

Direct cpv is ok, but TV is really good then adon for me.
