Default A-Z video tracker addit not clear

I have watched the A-Z video many times at the point where using copeac as the ad base the video demonstrates a cutting of sub id o variable and then pasting it on the end . I cannot see anything altered - I know a change has been made for the tracker to work however whatever small change is made is ljust not obvious to me. the video moves very quickly from this point and there seems to be an assumption that it is not a complex part of setting up tracker.

Scripts and the symbols that go with them are not my strong point and would be glad if someone could spell exactly what has happened in the video teaching

Regards Lennie G

hey there, I explained this is the subid post in month 1. Basically you just remove the &o=subid from the middle of the string to the end of the string by cutting it out and moving it to the end.

Hi Lennie:

Here is a step by step " slow motion" of the process

1. get the contextual link and paste it into notepad or similar

http://www.cpaclicks.com/contextual....x=0&l=0&o=&p=0

2. now highlight the following part : &o=

http://www.cpaclicks.com/contextual....=xxxxxxx=0&l=0&o=&p=0

3. right click your mouse and select cut, at this point your link looks like this:

http://www.cpaclicks.com/contextual....xxxx=0&l=0&p=0

what you just highlighted and cut is simply gone

4 . Last step : insert the cursor at the end of the link at his paste ( that will put the &o= variable at the end; and now the link is okay to be tracked by the tracker correctly:

http://www.cpaclicks.com/contextual....xxxx=0&l=0&p=0&o=

hope that helps, feel free to ask more if needed , trust me I've been there

take care

michael
