Default What to do with this campaign

This is the closest I have come to a profitable campaign so far (-20% ROI) and am wondering what to do to make it profitable.

The offer is a $2.00 payout. I spent $10.05 yesterday and made $8.00 (4 conversions). There are 12 urls in the campaign, but only 1 url has produced ALL of the traffic.

With PPC, you can lower bids, alter ads, etc. to try and make it profitable. Is there anything I can do here? I have added a bunch more urls that I hope will get approved today to test those too.

Thanks!

Dump the junk, only go with the profitable url. Once you make your money back, start testing other urls. Also $2.00 offers are tough to get profitable, go with higher payout stuff. Zips and emails can work, but they're not as easy as higher payout things.

What would recommend as the minimum payout for an offer- $5?

I wouldn't say any minimum, but I will say higher payout offers work well. You can even do pay per sale quite well with this.

Well, it's only one url So I guess this is not a winner then.

Unfortunately, there are no higher paying offers for this. Oh well.

One url making you money is not a winner?

Get 50 more of those and you're laughing.

What do you mean? What I meant to say was I uploaded about 12 urls, only one of them got traffic, and that one operated at a loss (spent $10, made $8). I uploaded about 50 more urls to see if I can find one that profits.

I think you're doing it all backwards Sean. Try testing in smaller batches. some of my campaigns have 1 url. I've had some good conversions with free car quotes, auto insurance, slimming products and credit reports. But I'm about breaking even because I keep testing new stuff and it hurts my ROI.

Sorry, I thought you had one winner in there and didn't want to run it...my bad.

You've got to start slow with this stuff and build on your profits. It'll take awhile to get up to thousands per day but it's possible.
