Default Want to jump into rebills/higher paying offers

Ok so I have made quite a bit of bank promoting a mobile offer for the last couple of months. About $1200 on $300 spent, but thats at a payout of only $9.

Imagine those leads were $30? Sigh.

So whats the best route to go? Which offers? What type of landing page? etc.

any insight would be great, as this is my first go round with rebills.

That's a pretty general question, however you can still do offers that don't work on PPC anymore quite well on CPV. so things like berries, teeth whitening and things along that line still do work pretty well with CPV. if you have an offer that is producing, have you started running it on the other networks as well?

i tried the above campaign on linksador, and it sucked. wasted $100. i hope to move to mediatraffic and trafficvance but their "popup" window thing scares me bc i direct link at directcpv.

and as far as these offers that arent working on PPC......what types of landers are people using? i finally have an old lappy set for downloading the adware, just need to get a wireless card.

Yeah... that bothers me too, because I've had running campaigns where the merchants changed the lander and added a pop up or where the merchant changed the text.

Two things you can choose to do:
1. Check each offer, each day and make sure a pop up wasn't added to the merchant lander. The Update Scanner firefox extension is nice in that it alerts you if text has changed on a landing page (but it doesn't tell you if pop up code was added). I run this extension in a separate firefox window and it has links to all my pages, so I can check them each day by clicking a single link for each offer I'm running. Here's the Update Scanner page: http://updatescanner.mozdev.org/en/index.html

2. Make your own landing pages for the offers you're promoting. I've been doing more of this lately, and I like having this level of control. I'm more relaxed and have actually been getting better conversions on many offers. I'm almost at the point of being all my own landing pages. Some things that may help you brainstorm landing pages is to go into google images and type in your offer name and see if any landing pages come up. Then try your offer name + buy, your offer name + purchase, your offer name + sale... you get the idea. Then google your offer and see what ads come up. Between these things, I usually get several ideas to use in my own landing page design and text.

Default Need some clarification

guys,

I don't understand what pop up thing is bothering? And why you have to check for changes in landing pages and so on daily?

Also, I still don't understand have you create landing pages for CPV? Do you buy a domain for each campaign? And do you create those just like normal PPC landing pages?

How would it work with a flog as Coach said. A user goes to a website that we bid on. And then our flog pops up? Or how? Also, why not just use their landing page? (just for preselling or any other reason?) I thought most people in CPV are doing only very few Landing pages.

pop up is constricting if you direct link, hence landing pages.

if the popup makes the user have to "scroll" to the clickable area or where their enter their email/cell phone number/etc its useless.

and yes they visit a url or type in a keyword u bid on and a popup comes up with your ad
