First welcome to the site!

1.) there's a million ways to skin a cat so to speak, but I think most are direct linking those

2.) traffic vance seems to have the highest quality at the moment but lead impact isn't bad either.

1. Direct linking is the fastest to get going for newbies.
2. TrafficVance but its a bit expensive to start off. I'm currently with MediaTraffic but trying to get a referral to join TrafficVance to ramp up my campaigns. LeadImpact is a good place to start as well.

1. depends on your level of skill in internet marketing in general. For a complete IM newbie I'd start with direct linking and as soon as you're confident enough move to landing pages

2. Same as above, trafficvance is supposed to be the best and hardest to get into. Try lead impact, media traffic or direct CPV
