Default trademarks

I take it contextual is an easy way to bid on trademarks without the advertiser finding out?

Also as far as bidding on urls, lets say the user has this exact link in a bookmark:

"hxxp://www.local6.com/sports/index.html"

If I bid on that will it trigger a popup once he visits?

For trademarks, be careful because if the advertiser says "don't bid on trademarks" and you do, you may end up losing your comissions.

For the url example, that will work and media traffic let's you specific the match type exactly.

if the offer forbids bidding on the url for search ppc, then don't pop it contextually. My AM's have said they have banned affiliates for this so be careful.
