You may also want to check out GIMP and Xara as well.

Gimp is a free open source graphics manipulation program (I'm still learning it myself). Xara is great WYSIWYG editor for churning out good quality pages, sites, and landers in very little time. I find Xara very easy to use but if you need to manually edit the code later it can be a real time sink.

I am a big fan of Fireworks. I have been using since waaayyyy back in the Macromedia days and continue on today. It is a great program that combines vector graphics with bitmaps. And now that it is an Adobe product you have things like live Photoshop filters in there.

So for CPV I usually just create graphics in Fireworks and use Dreamweaver to build out the pages.

Notepad! Haha. and photoshop. I've actually gotten pretty decent at html over the last year or so from screwing around in wordpress and dreamweaver that I know enough code to modify previous landers into new one.

Notepad here too. If I think a campaign has legs, I'll get a designer to do up a couple 500 x 500 images to split test for it too.
