Default Size of Lander Important?

Have you found that the window size of the landing page is important?
Cuz direct linking on some merchants a lot of their page is cutoff... The surfer would have to resize the window or scroll to fill in their info.

Would it be better to make a simple click here lander that is 800x600 or whatever size and if they click it it resizes the window to fullscreen and goes to the merchant?

Hi Mike,

I'm starting to think it's a toss up. For me, if the ad displays okay in a test pop-up, I will tend to leave it alone. But if it cuts off important stuff or has stuff that gets rejected, then a lp is necessary.

Also, tracking is much easier, too.

Here's some js to expand window to fullsize, I put it on a transisition page from my 800x600 lander so when someone clicks click here it opens the merchant page fullsize.

<script type="text/javascript">
window.moveTo(0,0)
window.resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeig ht)
</script>
