Default Pay bumb on email/zip offers

Hey all, I know you can get bumped on most offers if you can drive enough traffic. Has anyone been able to get increases on email / zip submits? If so, how many leads were you sending? What did they increase it to?

I have a few campaigns that are breaking even on Zip / Emails. It's difficult "tweaking" campaigns with cpv, so I thought maybe a pay bump.

If I can get a .10 increase per lead and im doing 200 leads a day...thatd be 600 a month so I figured it was worth asking....

It can't hurt to ask, but eventually the offer will be scrubbed or you will get booted anyway. Some people believe in NOT asking for a bump as to not attract attention to their traffic. (let's be honest, this traffic rarely ever works out for email submit advertisers).

Personally, I never ask for bumps on email subs (unless its from WOTO!)

Here's a further question about pay bumps:

I once had a full page submit offer paying $3.50 or something. I kept getting emails from my AM saying the merchant really liked my traffic and wanted to know what type of bump I "needed" to send more.

Now I'm thinking to myself that I'm already promoting the offer as best as I could and optimizing my URLs for profitability. If they wanted to pay more, then it's quite possible that more URLs would go from unprofitable to profitable, and how many depends on how much more they want to pay. I really just wanted them to figure out how much my traffic was worth to them, set a pay rate based on that, and once I knew the rate I'd do my best optimizing my campaign for that rate, but it seems this is now how the game is played.

So any advice on negotiating pay bumps?

"Flash!"

"Thunder!"

For pay bumps... first of all look at what other networks are paying. If you're not getting paid at least that much, then ask for that amount plus maybe 10% or so. If they deny you the extra 10%, just say "Look. I know that there's another network that's paying $5. I can always go there instead". The AM will probably bump you no sweat. =)

We are totally different from cpathunder... If we can get a offer with 2 dollors from our merchant, we would like to pay 1.6 (normally 20% cut), even 1.8 to our good affiliate, as long as you r not fraud... I m the tech in charge of adding new offers to the system, setting payout etc... so you can trust me on that
