Default My First PPV Campaigns - Some Help Please?

I've read a few threads on how campaigns should be set up and it seems there are quite a few varied opinions.

Coach seems to suggest starting small, then adding more keywords/urls over time, while there are some who prefer uploading a few thousands urls right from the start.

I've got accounts with Clicksor and Media Traffic currently and I understand that you can't really target urls with Clicksor, unless those sites are already in their advertiser network. What I've done for my first campaigns is to target a few keywords (less than 10) for Clicksor, and to target lots of URLs for MT.

Am I doing something right or wrong here? Does this method work for you?

I don't use Clicksor, so I don't know. But I hear it's mainly good for building email lists.

What you're doing sounds right to me. Grab URLs. Track (if you can!). Tweak. Test. MT was a tougher nut for me to crack. It just doesn't convert on all campaigns like other networks. For example, I still can't get diet to really convert on MT. Maybe that's just me. But now I've found a great campaign and MT has my best ROI by far.

Hmmm can I say that URLs is the key here? I'm targeting tons of URLs with MT and yes, I've stopped running campaigns on Clicksor altogether. Lots of traffic, but offers can't seem to convert.

I'm using 202 to track so it should be fine. Only problem though, I've not had many conversions to track!

I stand by my way.

Go small to start, test tweak and add more later.
