Sean, have you tried doing ppv on your best ppc cpa offers first?

rather than reinvent the wheel I'm going through my good ppc campaigns and using them as a base to launch ppv campaigns.

also, I've found it helps to think a bit differently when finding url's and keywords to bid on.

I'll post alive example - this is a very small forum so I'm taking some risk here so please don't copy my campaigns.

I took this offer from cpa empire;

http://login.tracking101.com/sw/34029/CD17722/

Now rather than just bidding on new cars url's - I decided to break it down and build a lander for all car makes covered by the offer. So I built this little 1 page wonder;

http://www.your-top-vote.com/Acura/

That way I can just target "buy new acura" keywords and url's.
Now all I need to do is build a seperate lander for each car manufacturer.

I hope you get my point. Try to break you niches down to sub-niches, and get better targetted url's and keywords.

So for horoscopes, you might build a lander for each star sign and target Aquarius urls, Cancer urls, Leo url's etc. Those little 1 page wonders do well and once again the basic ones convert better than the pretty ones.

I've gotten very good results doing it more specific rather that trying broad url's - they burn through cash too quickly.

Harry, thanks for the informative post! That is excellent thinking. I have tried some of my ppc campaigns and they have not worked out so well. I have yet to get a profitable campaign going.

I think I am trying to be too broad, I guess the reason is to try and get traffic. I am only a member of Media Traffic right now. I have about 10 real specific campaigns running, but the traffic is so little. I think I need to find that combination between too broad and too specific.

Again, thanks for the insight, I will try it out.

Sean

$0.00

Using MediaTraffic but couldn't get any traffic. Setup a few campaigns last week and they still don't want to approve them. Weird.

Harry, which network are you using at the moment?

I'm getting traffic vance to convert, running a little over 100% roi.

For mediatraffic, call them or email them when you have a pending campaign. They're usually pretty good in approving them when you bug them a bit.
