Things to check

1.Is your landing page approved and active?
2.Target definitely approved & are you being outbid?
3.You say bestbuy.com, but what country are you targeting? this would be US mainly.
4.How are you tracking the traffic they might send you? L.I stats are not in real time.

All obvious I know but easy to overlook some of these if you are new to this, I know I did!!

Hope this helps

It is possible they restrict this keyword for some reason or for their own campaigns. Please post their reply here when you get it so we can learn.

"What we may recommend to help increase traffic to your campaigns are:

Use keywords that are closely related to the product or service you are promoting. Think in terms of the keywords you would use if you were searching for your own products online. More specific keywords typically result in a higher conversion rate, but lower traffic level. More general terms typically drive a higher volume of traffic with a lower rate of conversion. Proper balancing of specific and general keywords is usually the most effective combination yielding the best results.

We recommend at least 30 to 50 keywords for new advertisers with a small budget. For larger advertisers, we recommend anywhere from 100 to 400 keywords to start.

We also have the Keyword Suggestion Tool that provide the top performing targets for your category. You can access the Keyword Suggestion Tool on the 'Manage keywords' page from your account.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us.

Thanks
LeadImpact"

Keyword Suggestion tool? I think they have hide up a list of keywords.

Hey!! I found this really weird!
I create two different campaign, one is among the popular offer and one is the normal offer!
As for the normal offer, it run well as well as it's keywords.

For the "among the popular offer", I actually submit LP1 and their keywords.
They simply changed my landing page to the normal offer campaign!

I thought I did some mistake, I then resubmit my campaign! I got the approval email, but they actually active the "mistaken campaign" and disable the "resubmit" campaign!

What are they doing!

Is that true that LeadImpact will track if there's a winning campaign of yours, they will simply disable your account and steal your campaign? Is this rumor true?
