Default How do you target long urls?

When building campaigns around the sniper method, a lot of URLs tend to be longer than the 40-50 character limit. Especially when you're using targeted keywords.

Do the PPV networks pop your ad based on what appears for your url, or does it only pop if the entire url is in the domain? For example, take an ezine article like http://ezinearticles.com/?How-to-Pro...ays&id=4906672

Obviously thats longer than 40. When it gets truncated down to 40 characters in MT, will MT pop it anyway if a user lands on that article?

Funnily enough i asked MT this last week, just use the last unique bit which in your example may be Orchids---Let-Me-Count-the-Ways&id=4906672 and keep it at 40 characters, media traffics interface is so clunky and crap
