Default Hosting recommendations that support Zend Optimizer

So out of my 2 current hosting accounts, neither supports Zend Optimizer so I have not yet been able to install the tracker.

Can anyone recommend a good hosting company that does? Affordable is also a plus.

On second inspection, I'm not so sure Zend is my problem. Any ideas what would cause this error?

Fatal error: Corrupted encoded data detected in /home/mydomain/ppv.mydomain.com/install-tables.php on line 0

I created a db and otherwise followed the install instructions.

Yep that's the binary mode error. Which means you must set your ftp program to upload the files in binary mode.

Ok, install worked. Now though I am seeing errors in the Reports tab:

Warning: Missing argument 1 for reports_nav_menu(), called in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/reports.php on line 840 and defined in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/functions.php on line 267

Warning: Missing argument 2 for reports_nav_menu(), called in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/reports.php on line 840 and defined in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/functions.php on line 267

And on the Graphs tab:

Warning: main(graphs/Class/FusionCharts_Gen.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/graphs.php on line 5

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening 'graphs/Class/FusionCharts_Gen.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/jtrks/ppv.jtrks.com/graphs.php on line 5

Is this a problem specific to my install?

No this is a problem with the current version of the Tracker. Please IM, PM and email Coach about this.

We need to get this fixed and the only way it will happen is if we demand what we are paying for.

I haven't tried out the cost/revenue features yet. I've been tracking on the fly entering subids manually since I've only launched a handful of stuff to date. I plan on testing on the cost/revenue reports this week.
