Crazy... I received that email also.

The story about what happened to ECM is different depending on which person in the company is telling the story.

I'm just sorry to see it happen... as it looked like they had something good there.

One thing I can say is sometimes networks do this and reopen the next day under another name. Sometimes it's just a matter of partnerships going sour.
