Default Do targeted URLS have to be "on target" for the program?

Hey,

Anyone know if you can target say... gardening urls and advertise ringtone offers to them for example?

I thought I'de ask here first cause I keep pissing everyone I work with off (from yahoo to the adware networks).

Do the ad networks sh&t chickens over this?

Thanks,

- Mikey

I've had some denied because of that. Although I felt mine were related (which they were) I had to explain that to them. They then allowed some of the urls. This was on MT

It's hit or miss as to who reviews them and if they actually care or just want your money.

MediaTraffic doesn't allow this unless you submit like 1000 urls and slip some unrelated/whatever urls you want in them.
