Default CPV + Incent Networks=$$?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you have tried doing a cpv campaign with network such CPA Lead, Leadbolt or BlamAds?

If you did not, Leadbotl released few weeks ago a tutorial on how to make money with media buying but I think it could work as great with cpv.

The ways to make money would be to use current trends and try to monetize them in my opinion...

What do you think of that?

I would like to try CPV+Incent, especially with BLAMads. My AM told me that incent offers works very well with PPV traffic. I think if you combine incent offers with good targeting + giving away something (gift card, cashbacks) will be good start. I am planning to do exactly this.

Yep that is exactly what i think, EPC's are generally around 0.15-0.30 with incentive networks so I think it may worth a try, I plan to do the same very soon, I just have to talk to my AM first

good luck with your campaigns and keep us updated if you will.

Tim

Yep it can definitely work out well. I'd like to bring some incent offers onto WSM but they bring an extra level of risk. We may look into it at some point in the future.

Until then - BlamAds is a good choice. Hit Andre up and he'll help you.

I have tested some incent offers in YeahCPA with ppv traffic. In the LP, I just add free cash for you to leverage the Conversion rates.

Incent offers+PPV traffic = money at this time.

zac, can you create a list of your current incent offers and post them in this thread? i'd personally love something like this all in one place.

thanks,

- lucas

I'm not clear on how this would work...

So, Incent is like content locking, right? They have to complete an offer to get to the content.

So would we be putting the content on our lander and locking it there?

Let's say the trend we want to capitalize on is Charlie Sheen...how would we implement the incent offers and what would our content be?

Im just trying to understand the process of Pop Up > Incent offer > Content

Incentive is when you intend to give something to the user for completing an offer/subscribe for service. So if you promote to them for an example Netflix (incentive) offer which pays $15 and you offer to them an Amazon.com Gift Card which cost you $10 bucks they are more likely to subscribe via your landing page, because they will receive an additional item - the gift card. So you will revenue $5 from this action, but the conversion rate will be higher - this is just an example, because I think Netflix program is not incentive. Usually the incentive offers payout is lower than the non-incentive ones. It depends how you will represent the freebies they will receive to grab their attention. Hopes that will help you.

Hi,

I'm still pretty pretty new to CPV marketing, but I've been doing content locking for over a year now, primarily getting the hits from search engines (I'm a full-time SEO).

Matter of fact after reading the previous posts, I'm starting to think that RON traffic would work pretty well with content locking "IF" done correctly. Since RON traffic is like really cheap, and from what I understand the traffic usually come from very low bid, generic keywords that are not related at all.. a generic, well optimized, good looking landing page + a themed locker could work well.

Taking into consideration that the major content locking networks out there usually have a bunch of international offers.. you pretty much can drive traffic from T2 countries (Europe, etc.) and drop them with mobile offers ($3-$6 payout).. and pay a fraction of what you'd pay if you were bidding on non-ron USA keywords/urls.

Again I'm in no way a CPV expert, I'm just thinking out loud

never done incent but it interests me - where would you get stuff to give away though - and if you offered cashback, how would you set that up - trying to pay someone cashback sounds cumbersome if you're getting lots of signups? think i would go the gift route, but just dont know enough about incent and how to get your gifts setup - do most people just pick up free stuff to give away or do they pay for stuff like giftcards? sorry for all the questions - trying to get the incent process clear in my head, and find places to pick up gifts/giveaways.
