Default Adware on Macs?

Sometimes I get pop ups on my Mac. Do I have adware or is it the specific site displaying pop up ads? I know one of the networks distributes flv player, correct? I get this on a lot of sites like http://greatstufftv.com and similar sites that host ripped movies and tv shows. This also makes me wonder about plugins like DIVX player, Adobe Acrobat, etc.... Maybe I'm getting paranoid haha.

Also are there any traffic sources that target Mac users? Or can adware for ppv traffic not be installed in any way, shape, or form on Mac's? This would be a huge and very profitable traffic source.......

It's probably a player or something, but yeah that would be adware.

About time you guys started getting hit with the crap us PC guys put up with.
