Default Ads relevant to subject

How open are the ppv networks to running ads that are not directly relevant to the keywords or urls.

Heres an example: Let say that you are bidding on keywords like barry bonds, kobe bryant, or sam casell and as the backend you are promoting an electric razor. Probably mostly men will be searching for these keywords so you are targeting that demo but obviously the backend offer has nothing to do with barry bonds.

Is this something that will get approved?
