Confirmation Page

Hey Lucas,
I have everything setup so far including my fan club LP, the aweber form, follow up messages, transition page using that code you provided with my custom images and such.

The only thing I don't have yet is the confirmation page where it directs people the 3 steps to confirming their email. Do you have a template I can use for this?

Thanks!

is this what you mean?

Yep! That's awesome lol I love this method. Lots of set up but you really can target and build lists in anything.

Lucas, do you ever send more than 1 follow up email? Like perhaps a broadcast occasionally? Or do you just hope to get the user to fill out the offer after the first sign up?

I've attempted it a few times (not nearly enough), but I have a lot of faith in this method. The setup time is what is holding me back, even though I have some decent templates in place.

I think my first few tries were too niche. Stuff I am really into but not a lot of people are. When I failed at those it kind of set me back. After all, how can EVERYONE not like what I am into.

Next attempt will be something more mainstream. Hopefully, more traffic along with higher opt-in rates and conversions.

I haven't had mine approved yet (MT is slow and I just finished setting it up for AddOn) but my LP is literally exactly the same as the template Lucas gave us except I made my own banners and images, inserted my own aweber info, etc. After they submit their e-mail, they're redirected to that transition page which sends them to a zip submit.

I'll let you guys know how it does tomorrow. I have no clue how to track through P202 if people are clicking the submit button on my LP so I'll just have to check my aweber stats and hope that some people sign-up.

However, with it going straight to the submit after sign-up, I can imagine that some people will delete the confirm email. Hopefully they'll give me their submission before :)

If it's REALLY bad, I'll make a confirmation page instead.

all depends on the audience and the offer. i suggest a pre-pop email submit, but a zip could work to with the right flow. good luck and let us know how it goes!

haha well typical media traffic, lots of traffic but horrible CTR/conversions. I don't know what it is with that network man, but I've never once had anything do well on it. I think it's crap. Gonna stick with adon because CTR is waaaay better with the exact same campaigns. But conversions are low as well so I dunno.

This is nice :) Love the confirmation stage, with just some basic php you can do it and have a single code sent with the Aweber confirmation email, makes it look more personal and makes them IMMEDIATELY confirm it, fantastic. Great ideas.

Got a niche in mind, so will give this a whirl, between my other 101 projects lol including a little CS'ing here and there... lol

yah, if you know just a bit of php you can have all sorts of fun with aweber and make all SORTS of money at the same time! ;)

I quit doing the double-opt ins for all of my autoresponder campaigns even my squeeze pages, found it to be pointless and lowers conversions dramatically. If the user is putting their email in, they want your info :)
