Default Started w/ DirectCPV recently

Just some thoughts on my 1st week w/ DirectCPV:
I have a few campaigns going.. all URL campaigns right now.

Haven't totally figured out the demographic yet, but found a few domains that must be seeing a bunch of traffic, since I am not top bid, yet these are pulling the most views.

Hundreds of views on one campaign - Not one conversion so far. 2/3 of my campaigns are basically the free gift after you do 12 offers signups.

I'm #1 for some domains that apparently get no traffic.

Maybe this type of offer just doesn't convert.

The other campaign is a sales page for a product. Wicked awesome URL list for that one. I just about have the entire niche covered in my opinion. Barely any views tho..

At least the traffic is cheap.. just need to figure out what will convert here..

if you're running email/zip submits on high volume targets chances are a lot of people are doing the same as well. try and make a new spin on it to get your offer to stand out.

as for the sales campaign, if you've got the targets cornered, chances are you'll get a sale here and there, but it can be tough to get tons of volume on most products. just let it run to payout or so and see what happens.

Are you directlinking or do you use any landingpage?

I started off with my own landing pages, as this is generally recommended. At this point, I had two campaigns for two offers. The landing page ended up looking pretty nice, yet zero conversions. The thing that I don't like about landing pages is that I have yet to find an offer where I can host the form and pass them the lead data. So instead of the lead form, the visitor sees my page, which is basically a glorified banner ad. I don't like that route.

I changed to direct linking and have had some conversions over the past few days. Not profitable yet, but being a noob, I just wanted to see them converting.

I have figured out how I should be organizing my campaigns on DirectCPV; perhaps a blog post is in order for that.

I have installed that Prosper202, as I feel rotating offers would not be a bad idea since some offers deserve the same targeting. I have yet to fully set it up, and feel that should be my next step.

Are all "your" landing pages just glorified graphic ads? Are there offers / networks that let you POST form information? I suppose an email capture for all offers, combined with an auto-responder may be another route to go.
