Default Frequency Cap

I'd say frequency cap goes hand in hand with bidding strategies, so I figured I'd share my strategy for this. For most of my campaigns, I start out with a 24 hour cap, and once it starts to peak out in profit, I'll drop it down to a 2 week cap. Not a very elegant strategy, but it has worked for me.

What does everyone else do?

On high traffic URL's I normally set it at a long interval right from the beginning. My thinking is to not show the same ad to the same people. It has worked well for me, but I like the idea you guys presented above and might give it a try as well.
